Who are we?
Roof Lantern Repairs is a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 16932889) and part of the S&K Group, a UK construction and property group based in Great Barr, Birmingham. The group's businesses include glazing, building supplies and property improvement.
We set up Roof Lantern Repairs because so many roof lantern problems are being solved by replacing lanterns that only needed a repair. Most leaks come from a failed seal, a lifted capping, blocked eaves drainage or a badly detailed kerb. Find that, fix that, and the lantern carries on.
Who does the work?
Repairs are carried out by engineers working for us, under our name. You contract with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, and we're responsible for the work we quote for and carry out — you deal with us from the first photo to the final invoice.
How do we work?
- Photos first. Send photos by WhatsApp or the form and we reply with a guide price. Photo reviews are free.
- Visit where needed. If the cause isn't clear from photos, a diagnostic visit starts from £145 ex VAT, confirmed before we come.
- Fixed price in writing. You approve the price and date before any work starts. If we find hidden damage that changes the price, we stop and agree it with you in writing first.
- Repair, test, photograph. We fix what's failed, water-test where it matters and send you before-and-after photos.
What we don't claim
We're a new brand, so you won't find invented reviews, award badges or claims about how many lanterns we've repaired on this site. We don't claim memberships or accreditations we don't hold. Reviews will appear here once real customers leave them.
