Roof lantern cleaning and maintenance

Regular roof lantern maintenance prevents most leaks: clear the eaves, clean the glass and frame, check seals, cappings and vents. One-off or regular visits.

Most roof lantern leaks start as small, preventable problems: blocked eaves, a lifted capping, a tired seal. A maintenance visit clears and cleans the lantern and checks every weak point, so small issues are fixed before they leak.
