What else can affect the price?
- Access. Ladder access is assumed. Where a tower or scaffold is needed for safety we add it to the quote, typically £245–£895 ex VAT.
- Size and number of lanterns. Larger lanterns have more joints and glass; several lanterns on one roof are usually cheaper per lantern.
- Glass specification. Laminated inner panes, solar control and self-cleaning glass cost more than standard units.
- Hidden damage. Rot in a kerb or timber frame only shows once opened up. If we find something that changes the price, we stop and agree it with you in writing first.
