Roof lanterns in Larbert
Colder winters mean more frosty mornings, and a roof lantern is often the coldest surface in a warm kitchen — so condensation is as common as genuine leaks. We check which you've got before quoting.
We cover Larbert as part of Stirling and Falkirk, about 8 miles from Stirling.
Close by, we also cover Falkirk (2 miles), Grangemouth (4 miles), Alloa (7 miles).
Building rules in Scotland
Most lantern repairs in Scotland need no approval at all. Where a job turns into a replacement, the Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004 apply and we confirm how the work will be signed off before we start. Listed buildings in Scotland need listed building consent from the planning authority for alterations, with Historic Environment Scotland guidance; check before changing a lantern on a listed property.
